There is a $25 trip fee for any travel over 15 miles one-way for site visits.

Do I have access to the tech support center 24 hours 7 days a week?

All managed service clients have 24/7 monitoring on their networks and endpoints as well as priority access to our tech support.

We are located in the center of Lunenburg next to Town Hall at the Lunenburg Village:

Do we discount for Non-Profit Organizations?

While we do support non-profit organizations with current vendor non profit rates, we do not currently support labor or project discounts for services rendered.

What are block hours and what can I use them for?

You may purchase pre-paid hours in blocks at discounted rates. These must be purchased together and before a support ticket is opened. (Minimum of 4 hours – Non refundable) Block hours are intended for onsite services and outside of project work. Projects are billed at normal rates.
