Any additional parts or software will be at the expense of the customer.
Depending on the circumstances, if Pixelated Tech cannot perform your repair, there is no payment.
All in-home/on-site/remote support services have a mandatory one hour minimum.
All major credit cards, checks and cash are accepted. We also offer digital invoicing and emailed invoicing. All services will receive a receipt with total amount paid and services performed. All late payments will receive a late fee.
