In-Shop:

Most in-shop work can be done under fixed rate pricing. Please see the Services page.

On-Site/In-Office:

$109.99/Hour

 

Remote Support:

$109.99/Hour

Charged at half hour intervals. 1 Hour minimum. Includes email and phone support.

 

Block Hours:

You may purchase pre-paid hours in blocks at discounted rates. These must be purchased together and before a support ticket is opened. (Minimum of 4 hours)

On-Site:

$89.99/Hour (Min 4 Hours) 

Remote:

$89.99/Hour (Min 4 Hours)

Additional Information

Please understand that anything beyond a simple yes/no scenario is considered a billable incident.

Any additional parts or software will be at the expense of the customer.

Depending on the circumstances, if Pixelated Tech cannot perform your repair, there is no payment.

Pick up service is generally free of charge. (See Terms)

All in-home/on-site/remote support services have a mandatory one hour minimum.

Payment

All major credit cards, checks and cash are accepted. We also offer digital invoicing and emailed invoicing. All services will receive a receipt with total amount paid and services performed.
